Commission Sales Associate

The Commission Sales Associate represents Active Computing and its ideals of service and quality to the customer. Professionalism and knowledge of the IT and/or Computer Repair industry are essential qualities for a successful Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate’s earnings are directly related to their sales, which makes their earnings potential unlimited. As representatives of Active Computing, all Commission Sales Associates are expected to dress in a professional manner. Commission Sales Associates must be able to independently, have strong people skills and be comfortable with building client relationships. Commission Sales Associates will earn 35% of ALL business their clients do with Active Computing for the life of their account.

Key Accountabilities

  • Generate sales by determining customer’s needs.
  • Develop and maintain your own clientele.
  • Develop product knowledge by learning our features, advantages and benefits.

Job Requirements

  • Prior commission selling experience is preferred.
  • An understanding of IT and/or Computer is helpful.
  • Engaging personality.
