We strive to provide excellent service at a reasonable rate. Whenever possible (about 90% of the time) we will provide same day service and first call resolution.

When you call Active Computing you can be assured that a qualified computer repair technician with years of experience will be working on your computer. All of our technicians are hardware and software certified.

No matter what you know (or don’t know) about technology, we are happy to work with you. We understand that even though most people don’t speak “techie,” they need to work with computers. We try to make computer technology understandable and approachable.

When you pay for an hour with us, you get an hour.  If we’re able to finish our work quickly, we take the remaining time to teach you a little bit more about your computer and it’s software.
